Gate To The Namib - Sossusvlei Lodge

A film for Sossusvlei Lodge, at the gate of the Namib desert. The idea was to blend the place itself with the experience that pulls you out of it: the pre-dawn drives, the red walls of Sossusvlei catching first light, the centuries-dead trees standing in Deadvlei. Not a property tour, but what it feels like to use the lodge as a threshold into one of the most extreme landscapes on the planet.
